КЛИНИКО-МОРФОЛОГИЧЕСКАЯ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА СЛУЧАЯ ВНУТРИЛЕГОЧНЫХ МЕТАСТАЗОВ ДОБРОКАЧЕСТВЕННОЙ ЛЕЙОМИОМЫ

Лейомиома матки крайне редко может давать отдаленные метастазы в другие органы, в том числе легкие. В основе современной стратегии диагностики метастазов лейомиомы лежит проведение инцизионной или эксцизионной биопсии данных образований с последующим выполнением их иммуногистохимического исследования. С учетом индолентного течения данного заболевания, в современной практике основной тактикой ведения подобных больных является длительное наблюдение с назначением антиэстрогеновых препаратов.
