Comparative evaluation of psychopharmacotherapy inpatients with the first-episode psychosis

Abstract
Dynamics of mental state in patients with the first-episode psychosis during the course of therapy with typical (haloperidol and clopixol) and atypical (olanzapine and aripiprazole) antipsychotics was studied. The differences in the impact on the negative disorders and spectrum of side effect were found.
