Аннотация
Ганглии кистевого сустава, расположенные на тыльной стороне запястья – одни из самых распространенных образований кисти. Они представляют собой опухолевидные структуры, соединенные с суставом через изогнутую ножку и наполненные гелеобразной жидкостью, содержащей мукополисахариды. Эти образования формируются в области ладьевидно-полулунной связки. Причины их возникновения до конца не выяснены, однако факторы, такие как постоянные физические нагрузки и гиперэластичность связок, могут способствовать их развитию. Заболеваемость среди женщин выше, и тыльный ганглий обычно не вызывает болевых ощущений, рассматриваясь как косметическая проблема. Существует также понятие «скрытого ганглия», который не проявляется клинически и может быть выявлен только с помощью специальных методов исследования, таких как магнитно-резонансная томография или ультразвук.
Цель – проанализировать возможные причины рецидивов тыльного ганглия кистевого сустава после удаления.
