Цель – оценить прогностическую значимость уровней D-димера периферической венозной крови и артериальной крови в отношении риска развития ранних осложнений после открытых реконструктивных операций на аорто-подвздошном сегменте.

Методы и материалы

Методы и материалы. В исследование включены 89 больных, которым был определен уровень D-димера периферической венозной крови, а также уровень D-димера артериальной крови интраоперационно.

Результаты

Результаты. Установлены статистически значимые различия уровня D-димера в зависимости от наличия или отсутствия ранних послеоперационных осложнений.

Выводы

Выводы. Интраоперационный уровень D-димера артериальной крови обладает прогностической способностью в отношении развития ранних послеоперационных осложнений.

The objective was to assess the prognostic value of D-dimer level in peripheral venous blood and arterial blood to the risk of developing complications in the short-term period after open reconstructive surgery on the aortoiliac segment.

Methods and materials

Methods and materials. The study included 89 patients who were determined the D-dimer level in peripheral venous blood, as well as arterial blood intraoperatively.

Results

Results. Statistically significant differences in the D-dimer level were established depending on the presence or absence of early postoperative complications.

Conclusions

Conclusions. The intraoperative D-dimer level in arterial blood has a predictive ability in relation to the development of early postoperative complications.
