Известно, что фермент параоксоназа 1 (PON1) играет ключевую роль в регуляции процессов перекисного окисления липидов и его активность генетически детерминирована. В результате исследования выявлено, что полиморфные варианты гена PON1 могут определять формирование атерогенных изменений липидного спектра крови у больных сахарным диабетом (СД) 2 типа.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article deals with the features of lipid metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes - the carriers of different genotypes of paraoxonase 1 gene. Known that the enzyme paraoxonase 1 (PON1) plays a key role in the regulation of lipid peroxidation and its activity is genetically determined.
