Материалы и методы: Проанализировано 114 операций. В 39 случаях (34,2%) (1а подгруппа)  выполнена пластика через ПМП, а в 37 (32,5%) - с антеградным проведением трансплантата (1б подгруппа). Во 2 группе 38  (33,3%) случаев  выполнена транстибиальная реконструкция. Результаты: у пациентов 1 группы стабильность и функция коленного сустава были выше, реже наблюдали вертикальное положение трансплантата, его послеоперационное разрушение или расширение костных каналов (p&lt;0,01). Но интраоперационное время во 2 группе оказалось меньше (p&lt;0,05). Заключение: «Анатомические» пластики ПКС, по сравнению с транстибиальной техникой позволяют получить большую надежность в достижении отличных и хороших результатов. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The objective is to study the technologies of AM portal ACL-R and antegrade outside-in ACL-R, to give a description and scientifically grounded recommendations for their clinical application. Material and method. 114 operations were analyzed. AM portаl ACL-R was performed in 39 cases (34.2 %) (1a subgroup) and antegrade outside-in ACL-R was performed in 37 cases (32.5 %) (1b subgroup).Transtibial ACL-R was performed in 38 cases (33.3 %) (group 2). Results. In the 1 group, stability and knee function was higher, the vertical graft position, its postoperative destruction or dilatation of the bone channels was less often observed (p&lt;0.01). Nevertheless, the intraoperative time in the 2nd group was less (p&lt;0.05). Conclusions.
