Цель – анализ влияния на бюджет существующей практики назначения антибактериальных препаратов при осложненных интраабдоминальных инфекциях (ИАИ) в сравнении со стратегией терапии карбапенемом без антисинегной активности (Эртапенем).

Материал и методы

Материал и методы. Проведен анализ влияния на бюджет существующей практики терапии ИАИ в сравнении с альтернативой.

Результаты исследования

Результаты исследования. Стоимость 1 случая лечения осложненной ИАИ в существующей практике меньше, чем при применении альтернативной стратегии (82771,85 и 91471,55 рубля соответственно). Анализ влияния на бюджет РФ показал, что, исходя из предполагаемого количества случаев ИАИ в РФ, существующая практика проведения антибактериальной терапии позволяет сэкономить до 544 166 014 рублей. На вырученные средства можно пролечить дополнительно до 6574 пациентов с ИАИ.

Выводы

Выводы. Стратегия проведения антибактериальной терапии ИАИ в реальной практике была более экономически целесообразной. Тем не менее, требуются дополнительные сведения, касающиеся динамики бактериальной резистентности, которые позволят оценить экономические последствия «параллельного ущерба» на фоне текущей практики проведения антибактериальной терапии.

The objective is to assess the economic efficiency of the current practice of complicated IAI (intra-abdominal infections) treatment with antibiotics compared to the strategy of the therapy with carbapenem without antipseudomonal activity (Ertapanem).

Materials and methods

Materials and methods. We analyzed the economic efficiency of the current practice of IAI treatment compared to alternative therapy.

Results

Results. In current practice the cost of treatment of 1 case of complicated IAI is 82771.85 rub compared to 91471.55 rub for alternative strategy. Analysis of the impact on the Russian budget, out of the expected number of IAI cases in the Russian Federation, revealed that the current practice of antibacterial therapy allows saving up to 544166014 rubles. The proceeds allows to treat additionally 6574 patients with IAI.
