Накапливаются доказательства в пользу использования ГГТП как надежного маркера прогноза сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, осложнений диабета 2-го типа, метаболического синдрома. </p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase (GGTP), isolated from a variety of sources from microorganisms to mammals, including human blood and organs, has been studied sufficiently detailed, which allowed to take a fresh look at the role of this enzyme in cellular metabolism, the pathogenesis of several diseases and its application in clinical medicine. Evidences in favor of use of GGTP as reliable marker to forecast cardiovascular diseases, and complications of type 2 diabetes of a metabolic syndrome are accumulated. </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>гамма-глутамил-транспептидаза</kwd><kwd>маркер</kwd><kwd>сердечно-сосудистые заболевания</kwd><kwd>глутатион</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase</kwd><kwd>marker</kwd><kwd>cardio-vascular disease</kwd><kwd>glutathione</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Александрова Л.
