Inclusion of hyperbaric oxygen and of chemotherapy of the directed action on the obligate anaerobic flora contributed to rapid disappearance of the systemic inflammation signs and to proper involution of the uterus in 56 (86.2 %) parturients in the main group. Successful treatment in the control group was observed in 44 (67.7 %) patients (P=0.12).</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>антибиотикотерапия анаэробной ин фекции</kwd><kwd>схемы антибиотикотерапии в лечении послеродового эндометрита</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>antibiotic treatment of anaerobic infections</kwd><kwd>antibiotic management of endometritis after delivery</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Коробков Н.А.
