В исследование включены 64 пациентки с верифицированным раком молочной железы. При анализе МРТ-изображений производилась постобработка с построением динамических кривых для оценки степени васкуляризации образования до начала, во время и после окончания проведения НАХТ. При оценке эффективности проводимой химиотерапии в группе пациентов, получивших 2 - 3 курса НХТ, корреляция данных МРТ молочных желез и операционного патоморфологического ответа (степени лечебного патоморфоза) составила 61 % (p&lt;0,0001). При оценке после 4 - 6 курсов результаты совпадали в 81 % случаев (p&lt;0,0001). МРТ может рассматриваться как перспективная методика в прогнозе полного ответа опухоли на проведенное лечение, а также в выявлении остаточной опухолевой ткани.
