Мукоцеле – это доброкачественное кистоподобное поражение околоносовых пазух, возникающее из-за обструкции соустий и характеризующееся локально-деструктивным воздействием. Лечение состоит в хирургическом методе с переходом от наружного доступа к эндоскопическому эндоназальному подходу. Мукоцеле может существовать как самостоятельное заболевание околоносовых пазух, так и как осложнение после ранее проводимых хирургических вмешательств на параназальных синусах. В данной статье будет представлен анализ факторов, приводящих к формированию данного образования, а также несколько клинических наблюдений.

Mucocele is a benign cyst-like lesion of the paranasal sinuses that occurs due to obstruction of the anastomoses and is characterized by a locally destructive effect. The treatment consists of a surgical method, with a transition from external access to an endoscopic endonasal approach. Mucocele can exist as an independent disease of the paranasal sinuses or as a complication after previously performed surgical interventions on the paranasal sinuses. This article will present an analysis of the factors leading to the formation of this formation, as well as several clinical observations.
