Диагностика обструкции протоковой системы слюнных желез является сложной задачей. Стандартные методы исследования не могут выявить такую патологию. КЛКТ-сиалография – современная методика, которая позволит упростить и увеличить информативность диагностики по сравнению с рентгенологическим снимком.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Изучение возможности визуализации протоковой системы слюнных желез путем ретроградного введения контрастного вещества с использованием ультразвуковой навигации для выполнения конусно-лучевой томографии (КЛКТ-сиалографии).</p></sec><sec><title>Методы и материалы</title><p>Методы и материалы. На базе онкологического отделения № 8 (ЧЛХ) ФГБОУ ВО «ПСПбГМУ им. И. П. Павлова» МЗ РФ пациентке проведена установка подключичного катетера под ультразвуковым контролем в полость расширения протока чрескожно. Далее введен рентгеноконтрастный препарат и проведена конусно-лучевая компьютерная томография челюстно-лицевой области.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. На основе полученных результатов исследования было проведено оперативное вмешательство. При контрольных осмотрах никаких патологических изменений протоковой системы околоушной слюной железы не выявлено.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. В данной статье описывается клинический случай успешного применения КЛКТ-сиалографии. Эта методика с низкой лучевой нагрузкой показала высокую информативность и может выполняться в амбулаторных условиях. Поэтому необходимо накопление клинического материала для оценки эффективности методики при различных патологических изменениях в слюнных железах.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Diagnosis of obstruction of the ductal system of the salivary glands is a difficult task. Standard research methods cannot detect such pathology. CBCT-sialography is a modern technique that will simplify and increase the informative value of diagnostics compared to an X-ray image.</p><p>The objective was to study the possibility of visualizing the ductal system of the salivary glands by retrograde administration of a contrast agent using ultrasound navigation to perform cone beam tomography (CBCT-sialography).</p></sec><sec><title>Methods and materials</title><p>Methods and materials. On the basis of the oncological Department № 8 of the FSBEI HE I. P. Pavlov SPbSMU MOH, the patient underwent the installation of a subclavian catheter under ultrasound control into the duct expansion cavity through the skin. Next, a radiopaque preparation was introduced, and a cone-beam computed tomography of the maxillofacial region was performed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Based on the results of the study, surgical intervention was performed. During control examinations, no pathological changes in the ductal system of the parotid salivary gland were detected.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. This article describes a clinical case of the successful use of CBCT-sialography. This technique with a low radiation load has shown high informativeness and can be performed on an outpatient basis.
