Доказано, что функция ЛВП нарушается при ряде генетических и приобретенных заболеваний, ведущих к дислипидемии и связанных с повышенным сердечно-сосудистым риском, таких как семейная гиперхолестеринемия, ожирение, метаболический синдром, хроническая болезнь почек, сахарный диабет, воспалительные и аутоиммунные заболевания.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review considers changes in the structure and function of high-density lipoproteins (HDL), which play an important role in the pathogenesis of a number of chronic diseases that somehow stimulate the development of atherosclerosis.
