Цель. Оценить безопасность и эффективность эндоскопических методов удаления кистозных образований пищевода и средостения.

Методы и материалы

Методы и материалы. В исследование включены 17 пациентов с кистами пищевода и средостения. Всем пациентам на диагностическом этапе выполнялись гастроскопия, эндоскопическая ультрасонография и компьютерная томография для определения локализации, размеров и топографии образования.

Результаты

Результаты. Во всех случаях образования были успешно удалены. Подслизистая тоннельная резекция (ПТЭР) была успешно выполнена у 14 пациентов, среднее время операции составило 126 мин. У 3 пациентов образования были удалены методом подслизистой эндоскопической диссекции (ПЭД), среднее время операции составило 55 мин. У 2 пациентов в послеоперационном периоде отмечались дивертикулы пищевода в области ранее удаленного образования.

Заключение

Заключение. Эндоскопическая тоннельная резекция безопасна и эффективна в лечения кистозных образований пищевода и средостения. Отдаленные результаты ПТЭР требуют дальнейшего изучения.

The objective was to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of endoscopic methods for removing cystic formations of the esophagus and mediastinum.

Methods and materials

Methods and materials. The study included 17 patients with esophageal and mediastinal cysts. All patients underwent gastroscopy, endoscopic ultrasonography and computed tomography at the diagnostic stage to determine the localization, sizes and topography of the formation.

Results

Results. In all cases, the formations were successfully removed. Submucosal tunnel endoscopic resection (STER) was successfully performed in 14 patients, the average operation time was 126 minutes. In 3 patients, the formations were removed by endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD), the average operation time was 55 minutes. Two patients in the postoperative period had esophageal diverticulum in the area of previously removed formations.

Conclusion

Conclusion. Submucosal tunnel endoscopic resection is safe and effective in the treatment of cystic formations of the esophagus and mediastinum. Long-term results of STER require further study.
