Несмотря на широкую изученность, тема остается актуальной в связи с тем, что эта патология составляет большую часть профессиональных заболеваний и лечение ее связано со значительными затратами на здравооохранение. Лигаментотомия карпальной связки считается «золотым стандартом» оперативного лечения синдрома запястного канала, но, невзирая на высокий уровень ее эффективности, от 2 до 10 % пациентов нуждаются в ревизионной операции по поводу рецидива синдрома запястного канала.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The objective was to analyze the possible reasons for the failure of surgical treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome.</p><p>One of the most common forms of compression mononeuropathy of the upper extremity is carpal tunnel syndrome. Despite being widely studied, the topic remains relevant due to the fact that this pathology makes up the majority of occupational diseases and its treatment is associated with significant healthcare costs.
